By accessing this website or using VVM, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the website or the software.
VVM is vulnerability-management software you deploy and operate on your own infrastructure ("on-premise"). We provide the software, images, updates, and a licence; you provide and control the environment it runs in, and you remain responsible for that environment's security and operation.
VVM is licensed, not sold, under a paid subscription. Your licence grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to run VVM for your internal business use for the subscription term, subject to your plan's limits. Licences are issued per deployment and are validated locally; the software may also report deployment status to our licence service as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the software except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law; (b) resell, sublicense, rent, or provide the software as a service to third parties; (c) circumvent or tamper with licensing, metering, or security controls; (d) remove proprietary notices; or (e) use the software to violate any law or third-party right.
VVM, this website, and all related materials are owned by us and our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except those expressly stated. Your scan data, asset data, and findings remain yours.
Subscription fees are as agreed in your order. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew for successive terms; you may decline renewal before the term ends. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
These Terms apply while you use the website or software. We may suspend or revoke a licence for non-payment or material breach; a revoked licence causes the software to enter a read-only state — your data is not deleted by us, and remains on your infrastructure under your control.
The website and software are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. VVM assists with vulnerability management but does not guarantee detection of all vulnerabilities or prevention of any incident; security outcomes depend on your configuration and operations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the software or website is limited to the fees you paid for the software in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date will change and continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes to your subscription are governed by your order and licence agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Tanzania have exclusive jurisdiction, unless your order specifies otherwise.
